Terms of use

These terms govern use of the smile-visualization widget (the “Widget”) embedded on a dental clinic’s website. By using the Widget, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

1.1. The Widget lets you upload a photograph of your smile and receive an artificial-intelligence visualization of a possible result after orthodontic or dental treatment.

1.2. Important: the visualization is an artistic simulation produced by an artificial-intelligence algorithm. It is not a medical prediction, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of a treatment result. The actual treatment result is determined only by an orthodontist at an in-person consultation, taking your individual circumstances into account.

1.3. Orthodontic and dental treatment has contraindications. Consult a specialist.

2. Conditions of use

2.1. The Widget may be used by people aged 18 or older, or by people under 18 with the consent of a legal representative.

2.2. You confirm that the photograph you upload is yours, or that you have a lawful right to use and share it, including the right to pass it to third parties for processing as described in the Privacy policy.

2.3. You must not upload photographs of other people without their consent, or any content that breaks applicable law.

3. Use of the result

3.1. The generated visualization is provided for your personal information. You may download it without the clinic’s watermark after you provide your contact details.

3.2. Your contact details (phone or email) will be passed to the dental clinic on whose website the Widget is installed, so the clinic can contact you about a consultation.

4. Limitation of liability

4.1. The Widget operator is not liable for decisions you make based on a visualization generated by the Widget.

4.2. The Widget operator does not guarantee that the visualization will match the actual treatment result.

5. Personal data

Your personal data is processed under the Privacy policy, available at smilefuture.bauartit.ru/en/privacy.

6. Changes to these terms

The Widget operator may change these terms unilaterally. The current version is always available at smilefuture.bauartit.ru/en/terms.
